We use Singpost’s mailing services and is not liable for any lost mails. All packages would have mailing proof videos, do contact us via Instagram if you would like us to send you your order’s mailing video.

Kindly ensure to provide correct shipping addresses with your unit number to prevent your orders from getting lost.

  • Mailing Fee

    We only offer tracked mailing now at a fixed rate of $2.50.

    Free normal/tracked shipping for orders above $55, use code “FREESHIP”.

  • Processing Time

    Your order takes 5-7 days to be packed mailed out and another 1 to 3 days from when it is mailed out, you can track your parcel here

  • International Shipping

    Only Tracked mailing would be available for worldwide shipping, shipping rates vary for each country.

    • Malaysia & Brunei — $8 (5-10 working days)
    • Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand) — $15 (7-14 working days)
    • Australia, Japan, New Zealand & Rest of the world — $18 (7-20 working days)
