Broken Items
We are NOT responsible for broken packages due to shipping, because we make sure to bubble wrap each package before sending it out.
If your item is broken upon receiving it, contact us via email or drop us a DM on Instagram and we can work something out.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received an item that you did not order, kindly contact us via Instagram or Email with your order summary and a photo of the wrong items.
