Is it suitable for sensitive ears/skin?
Our products are mainly assembled with gold/silver plated or stainless steel hardware, so it is suitable for sensitive skin and ears. But we would not recommend it to SUPER sensitive skin/ears.
We are not liable for any infections. Alcohol Pad would be provided for all orders as well
Can I change my earring hooks?
Yes, you can! Simply DM us on Instagram or leave a note when you check out.
I received my items damaged, what should I do?
If your item is broken upon receiving it, contact us via email or drop us a DM on Instagram and we can work something out.
Do you have a physical shop?
We don't have a physical store, but we set-up booths at different locations during the holidays, follow us on Instagram to keep updated !

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As of now, our processing time would be 3-5 working days and another 1-2 working days to be delivered to you.
